MEMO TO THE PUBLIC

We regret to inform you that Build America, Inc. is no longer in business. The ill actions and irresponsible lending practices of the large banking institutions in our Country led to the current economic downfall and market conditions which we are suffering now.  Due to these actions, the real estate development and construction industry was trampled; and as a consequence, Build America, Inc. was forced to close its business and exhaust all its resources.  We are confident that one day economic conditions will improve and wish all a prosperous future.
