Our firm was established in March 1999. We
initialized our company by subcontracting Structural concrete work to other
general contractors. During a period of two and a half ears, we built
structures for over 200 units.
We have experience building residential,
commercial, and government funded jobs. See our

Our residential projects comprises
low-end to high-end homes. We have built houses over 10,000 SF under roof
with construction costs over 2.5 million dollars.
In our commercial construction field,
we have built warehouses, offices complexes, dental offices,
daycares, etc.
We continued contracting jobs in its entirety as general contractors.
However, we still provide services for others contractors executing the
structural concrete scope.
We have also executed several
government-funded projects, including schools, police station,
daycares, etc.
Depending upon the project, we offer our
clients to choose from lump sump
contract or a cost plus fixed fee agreement.
The lump sump contract option is based on a fixed amount. However, the cost
plus a fixed fee is an interactive tool between the owner and the builder
where materials and subcontractors are chosen together with the client. A
budget is set up based on the drawings and an interview with the owner when
he/she defines what finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical
fixtures, etc.
